MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA
Bring the next newsletter together without accidentally reusing an old story
We bring newsletter submissions into one draft, check them against past issues, and flag likely repeats or items still waiting for a contributor reply.
MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA (owner: Kosei Izumida) is a Japan-based AI organisation. We work on site as Forward Deployed Engineers and turn the paperwork and spreadsheets people use today into a mechanism that works.

What the MIRAI FDE can do
We place submitted items into your usual issue layout, shorten them to the word limits you provide, and compare them with earlier issues. Likely repeats and items still waiting for a contributor reply are listed for the editor to check.
The problem on site
Contributors send items by email and chat, in different lengths and formats, and the editor has to paste everything into the issue template. When past issues are hard to search, an old story can easily slip into the newsletter again.
How we proceed
- Share the last three issues and the submissions that were used to make them.
- We confirm the sections of the newsletter and the word limit for each type of item.
- We prepare a draft for a past month and compare it with the issue you actually published.
- After that check, the same process can run alongside your next real issue.
Common questions
- Does it write the articles?
- No. It organises what contributors have sent. The editor still decides what to include and how it should be edited.
- Can it handle photos and captions?
- Yes. It keeps each photo with its caption and credit, and flags any photo that arrives without one.

Scope and boundaries
We do not publish or send the newsletter. Pricing, contracts, and final decisions rest with the owner.
Send a sample input and a short description of the current flow, and we will tell you what is in scope.
